Management Reporting & Financial Analysis

• Preparation of corporate financial statements

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual management report analysis

• Portfolio structure analysis

• Review and analysis of Prospectuses and Offer Documents

• Creation of ad-hoc and industry reports, including fact books and competitor analysis

• Maintenance and management of databases and libraries

•  Conducting financial ratio analysis, break-even analysis, NPV (Net Present Value), and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) analysis

• Presentations to Board of Directors and audit committees on financial results and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) compliance
